If you are an online marketplace customer, we collect from the marketplace (Amazon, eBay, AbeBooks), the address and contact information necessary to fulfill your order.

You place an online marketplace order with our store and we receive your address and contact information in order to fulfill your order.

We will dispose of your data as soon as it is no longer necessary to fulfill the products or services you requested of us. For online marketplace orders, we will always dispose of your data within 30 days of receiving it

"Personally Identifiable Information" (“PII”) means information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate an individual (e.g., Customer or Authorized User), or to identify an individual in context. This includes, but is not limited to, a Customer or Authorized User’s name, address, e-mail address, phone number, gift message content, survey responses, payment details, purchases, cookies, digital fingerprint (e.g., browser, user device), IP Address, geo-location, or Internet-connected device product identifier.
“Customer” means any person or entity who has purchased items or services from Lib Up Books (either directly, or through an on-line marketplace such as Amazon)
“Information” means any information that is provided to us directly or through an on-line marketplace such as Amazon. This data can be public or non-public, including Personally Identifiable Information about our customers.
